Warangal: BRS leader Ponnala Lakshmaiah on Saturday accused Congress leaders of showing a movie to confuse people about its hero and villain. He alleged that the ruling Congress was engaging in revenge politics in the state.

The former minister claimed that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had an internal agreement with Adani, which is why no complaint was filed against him. He accused Revanth Reddy of misleading people and using the Assembly platform for deception.

Lakshmaiah stated that while the state’s revenue has increased by three-and-a-half times, Congress claims it cannot implement welfare programmes due to BRS-incurred debts. He argued that loans are a normal part of economic management within prescribed limits and accused Congress leaders of lacking an understanding of loans and investments.
