Hyderabad: BJP Malkajgiri MP Etala Rajendar said the party will BJP will conduct interaction programmes in the form of bike rallies and street-corner meetings, to be capped with a public meeting at the LB Nagar stadium on December 7.

Speaking at a press conference, he accused Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy of working with twin objectives of demolishing the houses of the poor and acquiring the land. He pointed out that the people had constructed houses with valid permits in the areas adjoining the Musi, and asked how could the government demolish the structures.
The Congress government had stopped demolitions along Musi river after it faced strong resistance from the people. It similarly took a U-turn on pharma units at Lagcherla, he pointed out.
Rajendar said that former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao had used the Kaleshwaram project to make money, and Revanth Reddy was using the same in the name of the Musi beautification project.
He asked the Congress leaders to explain what they were celebrating, as the Congress government had failed on all fronts.
