Cyberabad police to dispose 353 abandoned vehicles

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police have accumulated 353 abandoned/ unclaimed vehicles of various types which were found pooled at Moinabad Police Station grounds, the Cyberabad police stated in a press release. These vehicles are proposed to be disposed of through online/open public auction under Section 6(2), 7 of Cyberabad Police Act, 2004 r/w Section 39, 40 & 41 of Hyderabad City Police Act.

If anyone has an objection, they may apply to the Cyberabad commissioner and claim their vehicles within six months from the date of notification, failing which the abandoned/unclaimed vehicles will be conducted for open public auction.
