Dak Adalat on December 20 at 11 am

Hyderabad: The Office of the Postmaster General in Hyderabad has announced that a dak adalat will be held, online, on December 20, starting at 11 am, at the Postmaster General Headquarters, Jama-i-Osmania Post Office building. The session aims to address grievances and complaints related to staff matters, service issues, and pending court cases, excluding those concerning post office customer services.

Residents of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Sangareddy, Medak and Siddipet districts can submit complaints to R. Satyanarayana, assistant director-II, by December 13. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the words “Regional Level Dak Adalat”. Complainants must include mobile numbers or email IDs and a mailing address for further communication.

The link to join the online Dak Adalat will be shared with participants via their registered mobile numbers or email addresses prior to the event.
