Drunken Man Hurled Stones at Police Patrol Car Near Charminar

Hyderabad: An allegedly inebriated man tried to pelt stones at a police patrol car near Charminar on Sunday night. A video of the incident was widely shared on social media.
The man was reportedly abusing passersby, upon which locals called the police. The police arrived at the spot in a patrol vehicle and the man tried to pelt stones at it and abused the personnel.
Sources said that the police took the man in their patrol vehicle and detained him at the local police station.
