Five youths booked for harassing minor girl under POCSO

Nizamabad: Nandipet police registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act on Thursday against five youths accused of sexually harassing a minor girl in Siddapur village.
The incident reportedly occurred when the victim was returning home after attending to a nature’s call. Acting on a complaint from the girl’s family, the police registered the case and launched an investigation. Sub-inspector Chiranjeevi and his team are working to catch the accused.
