Golconda Area Hospital to Double Capacity from 100 to 200 Beds

Hyderabad: The Golconda area hospital will be upgraded from 100 beds to 200, it was stated on Friday. Hyderabad collector Anudeep Durishetty and AIMIM Karwan MLA Kausar Mohiuddin inspected the facility on Friday. The hospital has an outpatient (OP) unit, an intensive care unit (ICU) a dental treatment ward, a dialysis centre and a pharmacy and serves residents in dozens of colonies in the Golconda fort are.
Officials also inspected the Government Urdu High School for Boys and the Government Girls High School in the same area. The managements were instructed to ensure that all the students attend school regularly after officials found that attendance was low in these institutions.
