Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court faulted the Panjagutta police in calling an outsourcing employee, Vamshi Krishna, suspect in the phone-tapping case against BRS leader T. Harish Rao, to come to the police station at odd hours in the name of investigation.

The court directed the police to summon the suspect only between 10 am and 5pm for questioning. The court was not inclined to issue orders on the request of the petitioner, who sought permission for his advocate to accompany him for questioning.
Vamshi Krishna approached the court stating that the police were calling him at odd hours without issuing notices or clarifying the nature of allegations against him.
