Hyderabad: Two Held for Traffic Signal Battery Thefts

 Hyderabad: Begumpet police arrested two persons for the theft of nine batteries from traffic signals. They had taken away the batteries in Begumpet, Borabanda, Kanchanbagh and Kachiguda, North zone DCP S. Rashmi Perumal said.

While prime accused Sameer is at large, police arrested his associate Md. Amjad, 25, and scrap dealer Md. Jhangir, 40, who received the stolen goods and sold them.
