Hyderabad: Senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar reportedly had a tough time in answering questions of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on transferring HMDA funds to the UK-based Formula E Operations Limited.
Arvind Kumar reportedly told officials that he merely executed the directions given by then municipal administration and urban development (MA&UD) minister K.T. Rama Rao, while answering questions posed by ED officials.
