Nation Youth Day Celebrated in Nizamabad

 Nizamabad: National Youth Day was celebrated on Sunday in Nizamabad to commemorate the 162nd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The Ramakrishna Seva Samiti and Youth Services Department jointly organised a programme at Ramakrishna Bhavan in Gangasthan-2.

District youth services officer J. Muthenna, Ramakrishna Seva Samiti president C. Sai Prasad, vice-president Ramchander, secretary Bachu Gopal, and others participated in the event. Competitions were held for students to mark the occasion.

Meanwhile, elected representatives, political leaders, and officials paid tribute to Swami Vivekananda by garlanding his statue in Nizamabad.
