Rama Navami celebrated in Adilabad

ADILABAD: Devotees celebrated Sri Rama Navami with religious fervour and gaiety, as hundreds thronged Rama temples to witness the celestial wedding of Lord Rama with his consort, Sita. Temples across the region were adorned with vibrant decorations and special arrangements were made to accommodate the influx of devotees.
Local MLAs, political leaders, and community figures participated actively in the celebrations, offering silk clothes to the deities. Small processions emerged from residential colonies towards the temples, while Hindu organisations transformed crossroads with saffron hues and hoisted Sri Rama Navami flags in a display of devotion.
