Seven Maoists killed in Encounter in Mulugu

Encounter took place between maoists and greyhound police in Mulugu

Warangal: An encounter occurred in the Chalpaka forest area of Eturunagaram in Mulugu district between security forces and Maoists. Seven maoists were reportedly killed in the incident. The operation was jointly conducted by the Telangana Greyhounds and the Anti-Maoist Squad. While official confirmation from the police is still awaited, reports suggest that key Maoist leaders are among the deceased.

Yellandu- Narsampet Area Committee Secretary Badru, also known as Papanna is believed to be among those killed.

Seven maoists killed in the encounter include Kursam Mangu alias Badru (35), Agolapu Mallaiah (43), Mussaki Deval (22), Mussaki Jamuna (23), Jaisingh (25), Kishore (22) and Kamesh (23).
