Hyderabad: BJP vice-president and Mahbubnagar MP D.K. Aruna on Tuesday termed the attacks on minority Hindus in Bangladesh as inhuman and barbaric and said that everyone must condemn them. “People in India must unite and raise their voice against the inhuman attacks on minority Hindus,” she said.

Stating that thousands of people were trying to sneak into India from Bangladesh, Aruna said the Modi government tightened security along the border to prevent this. Even after the conspiracy by some nations to create trouble in the country, Indians must stand united against conspiracies and work to strengthen national integrity, she said

Aruna was speaking during a `Har Ghar Tiranga’ programme held out by the BJP Yuva Morcha and Mahila Morcha in Narayanpet. She said that the intention of Tiranga rally was to recall the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and inform the same to future generations. She sought support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi who she said was working to make the country ‘Vishwa Guru’ by 2047.
