Telangana: IMD Predicts Rainfall in 16 Districts on Wednesday

Hyderabad: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall on Wednesday in the districts of Nizamabad, Rajanna Siricilla,, Jaishanker Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Siddipet, Rangareddy, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy and the light to moderate rains accompanied with gusty winds to occur in the districts of erstwhile Adilabad, Warangal, Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Rangareddy. IMD also predicted light rains will occur in erstwhile Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Medak and Rangareddy on Thursday.

The highest rainfall of 6.9 cm has been recorded in Bommala Ramaram of Yadadri Bhongir district while Venkatraopet in Thoguta mandal in Siddipet district and Peerzadiguda in Medchal Malkajgiri has been recorded the rainfall of 6.5 cm and Eldurthi in Medak has recorded 6 cm of rainfall on Tuesday.
