Telangana Minority Residential School Principal in ACB Net
Hyderabad: Bheemanapall Krishna, a headmaster and principal of Telangana Minority Residential Boys School at Yellandu of Bhadradri Kothagudem district, was caught by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) here on Thursday when he allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs. 2,000 from a complainant.
The bribe was demanded through Katcherla Ramakishna, who was an A2 in the case. Ramakrishna was working as an attender on an outsourcing basis. Krishna threatened the complainant that if the demanded bribe amount was not paid he would not submit her salary bills to the concerned. The chemical test conducted on the right-hand fingers of Ramakrishna and the inner flap on the back side of his right pocket of his pants, yielded positive results, the ACB said.
The bribe amount of Rs.2.000 was recovered from the possession of Ramakrishna. Details of the complainant were withheld for security reasons. The ACB said both Krishna and Ramakrishna were produced before the special court for ACB cases in Warangal.
