Twin Reservoirs Reach Their Respective FTLs

Hyderabad:The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) on Wednesday opened two gates of Osmansagar one gate of Himyatsagar up to one feet with water level of the twin reservoirs reaching their full tank levels (FTLs).

The water level at Himayatsagar touched 1,763.50 ft while that of Osmansagar also touched its FTL 1,790 ft.

Osmansagar was receiving 400 cusecs of inflow, and the outflow was at 242 cusecs. Similarly, at the Himyatsagar, the infow was 2,000 cusecs and the outflow was not recorded.
