Woman Dies by Suicide After Killing Two Children at Shamirpet Lake

Hyderabad: A woman died by suicide after killing two of her children at the Shamirpet lake on Saturday, police said.

The woman, 28-year-old Bhanu Priya, was a native of Siddipet district and lived in Shamirpet with her family. Police said that due to family disputes, she killed her children, a five-year old boy and a four-year old girl before dying by suicide.

The bodies of Bhanu Priya and her son were recovered from the lake, while a search is on for the body her daughter.
