Sydney: When Yuvraj Singh made his international debut, Hardik Pandya – a school kid then – emulated the stylish left-hander’s flair. After having shared the dressing room in the three-match T20 rubber against Australia, which India won 3-0, the duo came for a chat.

Even after so many years, Pandya could not stop blushing when Yuvraj kept complimenting his hairdo.

“I would like to talk about his hairstyle, I think he has got a cool look (pointing to his ear stud). He is always trendy. I would like to follow youngsters’ trends these days,” said the 34-year-old all-rounder.

Pandya recalled how Yuvraj was a modernizer during his younger days.

“He was a trendsetter when I was small, so I should rather ask him how to maintain it,” laughed Pandya.

But Yuvraj agreed that times changed.

“It is their time now,” he said.

Yuvraj seems to have found a new partner in the team in terms of style and glamour.

But off the field, the cricketer recently got engaged to model Hazel Keech.
