A.P. & Telangana High Court Lawyers dished out a striking performance to win the 19th All-India Lawyers Cricket tournament.

A.P. & Telangana High Court Lawyers dished out a striking performance to win the 19th All-India Lawyers Cricket tournament that was played recently at Mysore in Karnataka. In the finals, Suman Goud’s crucial 40 runs helped AP & Telangana H.C. lawyers to reach a fighting total of 127/4 in 20 overs. In response to the target, Supreme Court were flattened by Sri Krishna Vunnam who ran through their batting line-up to bowl them out for a mere 70 runs with 4.1 overs spared.

Krishna picked three wickets by conceding three runs while Vijay snared two wickets and conceded nine runs. For his exceptional bowling throughout the tournament, Sai Krishna was adjudged Man of the Series while batsman Suman Goud’s one-man show helped him to earn the Man of the Match award.

Semifinal: Karnataka High Court Lawyers 75 in 17.3 overs (Sunil 21; Sai Chand 2/12, Rajgopal Reddy 3/11, Shahid Dayani 2/17, Rahul Tapadia 2/10) lost to A.P. & Telangana High Court Lawyers 76/3 in 14 overs (Krishna Unnam 33, Syed Mansoor 19).
