Bengaluru: Virender Sehwag has struck again and this time Amit Mishra is his victim. While young Yuzvendra Chahal stole all the limelight with his brilliant 6 for 25 spell, Mishra played his role to perfection as he strangled the England batsmen to add a lot of pressure on Eoin Morgan and Co in the run chase. Although Mishra – the bowler, stood out, his fielding drew a lot of laughter for fans and critics alike.

The incident took place in the second over of the England innings. After England opener Jason Roy swept Chahal’s delivery, Mishra chased the ball. As he was trying to stop the ball before it touched the boundary rope, Mishra dove and took a tumble but did not even touch the ball. He rolled over again and as the luck would have it, managed to save the four. While everyone had a good laugh about it, Mishra too saw the funnier side of the event.
