Watch: Virat Kohli receives cake treatment as Team India wish him happy birthday
The Indian cricket team skipper, who is currently one of the best batsmen going around, turned 29 on November 5, Sunday.
Rajkot: While India could not win the second Twenty20 against New Zealand here on Saturday, the team put its disappointment on the backburner as it celebrated skipper Virat Kohli’s birthday.
The run-machine, who now is the second highest four-hitter in Twenty20 cricket, received a special cake treatment as he turned 29 on November 5.
The Indian cricket team, alongside the members of the team management including coach Ravi Shastri, was present as Kohli cut his birthday cake.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) took to their social media channels to wish Kohli and share the pictures of the celebrations.
Kohli too took to his social media channels to thank everyone for the wishes. Kohli wrote: "Thank you everyone for all the love and the wishes. God Bless you all."
The cricketing fraternity also wished Kohli, who now has 49 hundreds in international cricket.
