Hyderabad: B. Sandeep of Income Tax continued his striking form to follow-up his massive century with a four-wicket haul on the second day of the Hyderabad Cricket Association’s Premier League on Tuesday.

Sandeep, who hit 193 on Monday to guide his side to a strong 406, bowled his left-arm spinners to good effect to reduce Sporting XI to 139 for 8 by close of play on the second day of their three-day match at the ECIL ground.

Sandeep’s 4 for 52 was the standout performance of the day. In another match, Charminar, after having conceded an 89-run lead to Jai Hanuman, were 203 for 5 in their second essay.
