London: Virat Kohli is winning more fans following his batting heroics in the first Test against England in Birmingham. The Indian cricket team skipper notched up his first Test ton in England as he scored 149 runs in the first innings of the first Test and followed it up by 51 in the second innings. While India lost the Test, Kohli, the batsman, earned plaudits.

However, Anushka Sharma, Bollywood superstar and Kohli’s wife, who is currently in England, has faced a lot of Twitter fury after Indian cricket team’s visit to Indian High Commission in London ahead of the second Test at Lord’s.

The Twitter users lashed out after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a photo of team’s visit where Anushka accompanied Virat and a part of the team photo.
