Chris Gayle launches his autobiography 'Six Machine' in India
Gayle: 'Want to keep inspiring the world, the cricket fraternity, youth through my book.'
Mumbai: Love him or hate him, but you just can't ignore Chris Gayle. The Zlatan Ibrahimovic of cricket has now penned down his life story in an autobiography called - 'Six Machine'.
The destructive batsman launched his book in India, at an event attended by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Anurag Thakur and legendary batsman Virender Sehwag. Thakur was full of praise for Gayle's autobiography.
"His book is as entertaining as his batting, players like Chris Gayle are true ambassadors of the game," said Anurag Thakur.
The autobiography gives a comprehensive account of the colourful life of the swashbuckling batsmen, who has given many unforgettable memories to T20 cricket fans.
Gayle hopes his book would inspire the cricket fraternity.
“Want to keep inspiring the world, the cricket fraternity, youth through my book. Hope people give it a read,” said Gayle.
