Rohit Sharma breaks another record, but this time a unusual one

Mumbai: Lately, India’s vice-captain Rohit Sharma’s name has been floating all around. During the the recently concluded T20I series against Bangladesh, the stand-in skipper has broken many records and has even set a few records, which is very unusual and rare.

Apart from being the most capped T20I player and the highest run-getter in the shortest format, Rohit Sharma has entered a list, which also comprises of his teammates like Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli.

However, during the third and final T20I, the 32-year-old entered the un-wanted list after he mis-timed a ball, which ultimately touched the inside of the wood and went on to hit the stumps.

After Rohit got bowled out by Shafiul Islam, the white-ball opener registered a usual record as became the first Indian batsman, who has been bowled the most number of times.

After Rohit got out for two runs, he got bowled for the 14th time. The hitman now leads the list with 14 bowled out dismissals, followed by MS Dhoni (13), Shikhar Dhawan (11), Suresh Raina (11) and Virat Kohli (6).
