BCCI administrators discuss Sreesanth issue
The Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators are tight-lipped on the issue though they discussed it in a recent meeting.
Mumbai: Former India pacer S. Sreesanth, who is serving a life-ban, is still waiting to hear from the Indian cricket board on his NOC to play in Scotland.
The Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators are tight-lipped on the issue though they discussed it in a recent meeting.
“The committee members have discussed and have noted the same in the minutes. There may be some development and a new disciplinary committee may be formed but there has been no change in their present stand,” the source said.
Sreesanth has not given up hope of playing cricket in Scotland. In fact, he wants to play for the country again.
Earlier this month he tried his hands bowling in the nets in Muscat and also gave tips to the young boys there.
Speaking on his return from Oman, he said, “I was invited by a businessman to launch a jewellery showroom.”
