The Andhra Pradesh and Telangana High Court team dominated their opponents before falling short in the final against Chennai High Court to finish second best in the XX All India High Court Lawyers Cricket tournament played at the Vijay Path Stadium in Noida, New Delhi. 

In the final, A.P. & Telangana side’s innings was wrapped up for a modest 125 in 20 overs as Krishna and Suman Goud contributed 28 each while Karan and Rahul Tapadia supported 16 and 14 runs respectively. Dalapathi picked three wickets while giving away 22 runs and Raghu picked 2 for 15 for the Chennai side.

In the latter half, Chennai rode on Prashanth’s unbeaten 46 and 30 from Dalapathi to chase down the target with seven wickets in hand. 

Sai Chand, N. Vijay and Krishna picked a wicket each for the runners-up.

 Delhi High Court 119 in 19.1 overs (Sumit 22, Sai Chand 1/17, Rajgopal Reddy 3/15, Sri Krishna 1/27, Rahul Tapadia 1/21, K. Sunil Goud 1/5) lost to AP & Telangana High Court 122/5 in 18.3 overs (Thakur Karan Singh 51 n.o. — 7x4, K. Sunil Goud 19, M. Govind Reddy 12, Rahul Tapadia 24). 

 Allahbad High Court 126/7 in 20 overs (Nickal 27, Ashim Malhotra 23, Raguveera Reddy 1/16, Sri Krishna 1/22, Rahul Tapadia 4/22) lost to AP & Telangana High Court team 127/4 in 19.4 overs (Sri Krishna 34, Suman Goud 32, Sanchit Bang 22).
