Haryana vs Rajasthan Ranji Trophy tie hit by smog
The match ended in a draw after host Haryana a clinched first innings lead against the visitors.
Lahli: While Delhi is currently battling the smog trouble, the cricket matches have also been affected by the smog. Haryana and Rajasthan, who played their Ranji Trophy game at Lahli, were hit by smog trouble due to which there was delay in proceedings.
Indian cricketer and Haryana captain Amit Mishra posted a picture of the impact of smog in their Ranji Trophy match against Rajasthan. The Indian leg-spinner tweeted: “this is the condition today @ lahli. Hope we will get some play today.”

Host Haryana and Rajasthan played out a draw after the hosts clinched first innings lead against the visitors. Haryana scored 223 in the first innings and went on to dismiss the Rajasthan line-up for a mere 150. Ajit Chahal was the pick of the bowlers, as he scalped three wickets for 42 runs, while skipper Mishra bagged figures of 2/27.
After taking a solid lead, Haryana declared their second innings at 179 for loss of 5 wickets. Shivam Chauhan top scored with 65. Chasing a target for 253 runs for victory, Rajasthan were struggling at 59/7 on the final day before the game ended in a draw.
For Harayana, pacers Harshal Patel and Ashish Hooda scalped 3 wickets each to bring their team on the brink of a victory on the final day.
