Mumbai: Star batsman Rohit Sharma, and ace limited overs death bowler Jasprit Bumrah were rested from India’s tour of West Indies, later this month.
The Indian selectors, on Thursday, to pick the squad for the tour of the Carribbean, which gets underway just five days after the end of the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy.
The Team India cricketers have already made their way through to the semifinal of the Champions Trophy, defeating the likes of Pakistan and South Africa. Interestingly, the selectors made the announcement public on the same day when India face Bangladesh in the semifinal of the Champions Trophy.
