Kolkata: Another crucial match for RCB was just like any other day for skipper Virat Kohli. The 27-year-old registered yet another half-century, his fifth in the tournament as he battled injury to lead his side to a comfortable nine-wicket win against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens in match 48 of the IPL on Monday.

Kohli (75*) along with AB de Villiers (59*) mesmerised fans as they piled on 115 runs for the second-wicket. Opener Chris Gayle (49) too saw himself among runs after a lengthy stretch of single digit scores.

TV commentator Mel Jones, who was dolling out commentary during the KKR run-chase, mistook the former India selector’s son as ‘Roger’ Binny. That’s not all; it took well over 20 seconds or more for the former Australian women cricketer to rectify her faux pax.

At a time when commentators are being pulled up for their alleged remarks against cricketers, such kind of incidents can be avoided specially from professionals.
