Ashes 2019: Smith and Paine frustrate England after early Wade wicket

Mumbai: Steve Smith and Tim Paine have steadied Australia's sinking ship by staying glued to their feet.

After an early Matthew Wade wicket, everyone thought that it would trigger an Australian collapse, but 20 overs down and Paine seems to have attuned himself to the consistency of Smith to ensure that a draw is the likely outcome of the match.

Steve Smith is once again proving to be the only impressionable player for Australia. He brought up his 25th Test fifty off 107 balls.

Australia are at 155 for 5 and trail England by 103 runs on Lunch at Day 4 of the second Ashes Test. There was a total of 75 runs scored during this session.
