Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya girls set to play U-19 cricket for SGFI

The students will play for Noida team on behalf of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi at Indore.

Nellore: Five girl students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya-2 located at Kalujuvvalapadu in Prakasam district were selected for 61st Sports and Games Federation of India (SGFI) Under-19 cricket team. The students will play for Noida team on behalf of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi at Indore. Students, namely, are S. Chandrakala, P. Kavya, B. Hampi, P. Keerthi and Sk. Nazma. They were trained under coach D. Chandrika, according to school principal, Dr K. Poornachandra Rao.
