Team India to get new manager soon: BCCI acting president CK Khanna

After the appointment of Ravi Shastri as the coach of the men's cricket team, the Indian team has been looking for a new manager as well.

New Delhi: Board of Cricket Control for India (BCCI) acting president C.K. Khanna said that a new manager for the Indian Men's cricket team will be announced very soon.

After the appointment of Ravi Shastri as the coach of the men's cricket team, the Indian team has been looking for a new manager as well.

Speaking to ANI, Khanna said, "We have shortlisted thirteen names for now. We'll interview them on Tuesday afternoon."

Speaking on the Women's cricket team and their ICC Women World Cup final with England on Sunday, he said, "We are confident that the Indian team will come back with the trophy."

He also added that the Indian board had unanimously decided to give fifty-lakh to each player and in the squad and twenty-five lakh to the coaching staff.
