Manchester: England took a firm grip on the second Test with a massive first innings lead of 391 runs after Pakistan was bowled out for 198 on Sunday.

Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq fought a lone battle and top-scored with 52 as Pakistan batting crumbled against a four-man seam attack, led by Chris Woakes' 4-67.
