Sridevi's death: Team India spinner R Ashwin slams 'media circus' on Twitter
Sridevi who was in Dubai to attend nephew's wedding dies after sudden cardiac arrest.
Mumbai: The nation was left in shock by the sudden demise of veteran Bollywood actress Sridevi, who breathed her last on 24th February 2018. Husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi were with the actress, who was in Dubai for nephew Mohit Marwah's wedding.
It was first reported that the 54-year-old actress sudden death was due to cardiac arrest, but post-mortem report has cited accidental drowning as the cause of death.
India off-spinner R Ashwin took to Twitter to raise questions about the "media circus" that is carried out post Sridevi's death.He tweeted, “I am sure the family is grieving Sridevi’s death, we the nation want to know or create more grief? Bizarre #RIPSridevi #cantwewait”
