Suspended trio begin hearing on Thursday

Mumbai: Sri Lanka's three national cricketers, who last month breached the bio-bubble on England tour will appear before the disciplinary committee on Thursday, it is learnt.
Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) have suspended three players, including vice-captain Kusal Mendis, Danushka Gunathilaka and wicketkeeper Niroshan Dickwella, for breaching the bio-bubble and were ordered their immediate return to the country.
According to the sources in the SLC, these players have been issued show cause notices and charge sheets and they will be heard separately at the headquarters.
"They are allowed to bring their lawyers or representatives but they cannot interfere with the hearings", the source, speaking exclusively over the telephone from Colombo said on Tuesday morning.
The panel members are: Justice Nimal Dissanayaka (Retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka), Panduka Keerthinanda, (Attorney-at-Law), Asela Rekawa (Attorney-at-Law), Uchitha Wickremasinghe (Attorney-at-Law) and Major General (Retired) M. R. W. De Zoysa.
