Mumbai: Drawing inspiration from their seniors, England Under-19 team are eager to put up an inspired show in the upcoming five-match one-day series against India colts coached by former Indian skipper Rahul Dravid.

“One of the great things of our national side is that they have inspired the younger generation of players coming through. They are inspiriting the nation,” said England under-19 coach Andy Hurry on England’s transformation in limited overs cricket under skipper Eoin Morgan ever since the debacle in 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

“They have kicked on to a different level. Eoin Morgan has a big part of that with his leadership and hopefully I can do so something similar out here. What Morgan is doing with that we would to try and replicate as a philosophy and ethos in the whole programme,” touring team’s skipper Matthew Fisher said.
