Mumbai: After having beaten India in their first ICC cricket World Cup warm up fixture, the Kiwis faltered at the hands of West Indies’ batsmen, who totally destroyed the New Zealand cricket team by posting mammoth total of 421.

Post the humiliating loss, the Kane Williamson-led team will be looking to bounce back against a depleted Sri Lankan team, who suffered consecutive losses at the hands of South Africa and Australia.

On the other hand, the Sri Lankan team will be looking to prove a point as it faces New Zealand on June 1, at the Cardiff. The Lankan team will be relying on its experienced pair of Angelo Matthews and Lasith Malinga to take Sri Lanka over the line.

If Sri Lanka wants to reach the finals, the duo of Matthews and Malinga must fire.
