Chelsea stopper Thibaut Courtois parties hard

Standing at 6ft 5in Chelsea stopper Thibaut Courtois is hardly inconspicuous but after leaving London’s Libertine nightclub at 3 am he still tried to cover up. The Stamford Bridge keeper left through the back door of west London’s swanky Libertine nightclub and was bundled straight into a waiting car by a couple of burly minders, struggling to hide his face with a jumper. The Belgian had just returned from Bremen after playing in Chelsea’s final pre-season friendly against Werder at Weserstadion, where the Blues picked up a rousing 4-2 win.

With just days before Chelsea kick-off their Premier League campaign and a successful pre-season under his belt Courtois obviously felt in the mood to celebrate. He certainly looked like he enjoyed himself at the venue, a spin-off of other famous footballer haunt Chinawhite, beaming as he clambered in to the car. The venue recommends patrons wear a collared shirt but were clearly able to make an exception for the Belgium international who was wearing a a white t-shirt, jeans and immaculate white trainers.
