Hyderabad: After breaking the national record in open swimming, a 44-year-old mother and her 20-year-old son from Hyderabad are eyeing another unique feat.
"We are currently practicing in LB Stadium and will reach Goa a couple of days before the rally to get accustomed to the conditions," Queeni Victoria said.
Adding further, She said, "We are ready, our swim would tentatively begins in the morning around 6 o'clock. We are confident but the only worry is that it's a completely new route. We don't know much about it. If there are just small fishes and dolphins, we might be Ok but if we encounter sharks and other sea life then it would be a little challenging. At the same time we are also very excited given the new challenge."
