Former Hyderabad Ranji Trophy cricketer Gangashetty Arvind Kumar won the Secunderabad Club Telangana Open squash tournament held in the city. Arvind Shetty, as the former opening batsman is known in cricket circles, won the men’s 35+ singles.

Rohan Arya Gondi was the other Hyderabadi to do well. He stood second in the boys under 13 singles.
