KKR vs SRH Qualifier: Is there a rain threat? What happens if the game gets washed out?

Hyderabad: With the last game at the Narendra Modi stadium being a wash out, fans are in a state of dilemma as the anticipated Qualifier match is just hours away.
Table toppers Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will take on the fierce Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the first Qualifier match today at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The match is scheduled at 7:30 PM and will stream live on Star Sports and Jio Cinema.
Both the teams will put their best foot forward in a bid to secure a spot in the finals.
What happens if the game is washed out:
In an unfortunate event, if the game gets washed out due to rain. The team that has the highest points will advance to the next stage.
According to the IPL rule book, if a match is abandoned due to bad weather conditions, the team that has the highest points will be qualified. Here Kolkata has 20 points and SRH has only 17. Based on the rules KKR will be qualified to the finals if rain spoils the sport.

According to weather.com and Accuweather there is a very less chance of rain in Ahmedabad. Weather.com says the city has a 0 percent chance of rain, with 48 percent cloud cover and 14 percent humidity.
With the humidity higher than normal, due plays a role in the match, and the team winning the toss may opt to bowl first as the due makes it challenging for defenders.
