Hyderabad: The return of "Mike Tyson" has been delayed by over three months due to the veteran boxer's health condition.
Iron Mike, as he is well known, is arguably the fiercest boxer of all time. As it is already known, he was to face YouTuber-turned-Boxer Jake Paul on July 20.
The 57-year-old legendary boxer was all prepared and was back in shape for the most anticipated boxing event. But the bout was rescheduled as the veteran grew nauseous and dizzy in a flight due to a sudden ulcer-flare up requiring immediate medical attention.
Mike Tyson, who last appeared in the competitive sport in 2020 during an exhibition match with Roy Jones, looks confident of the victory. After the announcement of the postponement on May 31, Tyson said, "While we have a new date, the result will be the same no matter when we fight. Jake Paul is getting knocked out."
Brushing away the danger of facing iron punches from Tyson, Jake Paul said he looks forward to winning the match. Jake has won 9 out of 10 matches.
The fight will be live streamed on Netflix and will take place at AT & T Stadium in Texas.
