Team India to depart from Delhi to Mumbai in a special flight

Hyderabad: World Champions, Team India, after meeting Prime Minister Modi in Delhi are scheduled to travel to Mumbai to participate in the victory parade from 5 pm to 7 pm. As per reports, the team is set to depart to Mumbai in a special Vistara flight dedicated to Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.

Teasing the fans, Vistara posted on the micro-blogging site 'X'--- "UK 1845 πŸπŸ† #staytuned". As fans already know, '18' is the jersey number of Virat Kohli, while '45' is Rohit's Jersey number.
Team India will take the victory parade in an open bus from Nariman point to Wankhede Stadium, which will be attended by a large number of crowds. There is tight security for the procession, said the Mumbai police.
Earlier, team India met with PM Modi at his residence. After the meeting, Rohit Sharma, wrote on Instagram, "It was an honour to meet the Prime Minister @narendramodi sir. Thank you for hosting us at the PM office."
Sharing the pictures of the meet, PM Modi on X, wrote, "An excellent meeting with our Champions! Hosted the World Cup winning team at 7, LKM and had a memorable conversation on their experiences through the tournament."
