Ram Charan meets Tamil director Vetrimaran for a potential project, impressed by a gripping storyline. No confirmation yet from the actor.

If reliable sources are to be believed, actor Ram Charan has reportedly met Tamil director Vetrimaran who is known for his hard-hitting movies like Asuran.

“Ram Charan listened to a story narrated by Vetrimaran since he has good regard for the director who is master in dishing out hard-hitting films,” says a source. He claims that Ram Charan was impressed with the gripping storyline but he didn’t confirm anything yet.

“Maybe, he will deeply think about it before taking a call,” he adds.

Actually, Ram Charan went in for a makeover with the realistic saga Rangasthalam and breathed life into the role of a deaf rustic guy. “Ram Charan is also doing another realistic film with director Buchi Babu which is also inspired by real-life characters and he is prepping for it,’ he points out. Amidst his commercial action films like RRR and Game Changer, the doting son of Chiranjeevi, is looking to do roles close to reality to showcase his versatility and sustain his winning streak. “He is game for challenging roles and listening to path-path-breaking scripts from talented makers,” he adds. Whereas, ace director Vetrimaran carved a niche for himself with films like Visaranai, Asuran, and Vidhudhalai and would be happy to work with a big star to reach out to masses and classes alike. “He can do a massive film if he gets a chance to work with a big star like Ram Charan and draw worldwide attention,” he concludes.
