In the ongoing investigation into the suicide case of techie Atul Subhash, Bengaluru police have arrested three accused from different cities, according to Shivakumar, DCP of Whitefield Division.

Nikita Singhania, wife of Atul Subhash was apprehended in Gurugram, Haryana, while his mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania were arrested in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The latter two were produced before the court and have been remanded to judicial custody.

The 34-year-old techie, hailing from Bihar's Samastipur, was found dead at his Bengaluru flat on Monday. Nikita Singhania and her family face widespread outrage following Atul Subhash's suicide, which he attributed to them in a 24-page note and an 80-minute video.
In his suicide note, he also alleged that a judge had demanded Rs 5 lakh to "settle" the case.

The techie's father said his son had been "broken from inside" after multiple cases were filed against him and his family by his wife.
