MWC 2016: Roundup of all smartphones launched at the event

Started on February 22, the Mobile World Congress 2016, which was held at Barcelona, witnessed some spectacular tech launches. The event was wrapped up on February 25th. Here is a roundup of all the smartphones that were launched at MWC this year.

Xiaomi Mi 5: Xiaomi unveiled its latest flagship Mi 5. It showcases a sleek design coupled with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, up to 4GB RAM, and 128GB flash memory.
Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge: Samsung launched its flagship smartphones Galaxy S7 and S7 edge at the event. The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge feature a 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch display, both sporting a QHD display with 2560x1440 pixels at 534ppi and 577ppi respectively.
LG G5: LG Electronics launched its first modular smartphone at MWC this year. It is made out of separate components, which enables users to replace or upgrade certain functions independently.
Lenovo Vibe K5, K5 Plus: Lenovo launched two new smartphones at the Mobile World Congress, and priced them at a very affordable range below Rs 10,000. The K5 and K5 Plus from Lenovo are not much apart when it comes to hardware specifications.
Intex Aqua Fish: Indian OEM Intex unveiled a new Sailfish OS 2.0 based smartphone in partnership with Jolla at the Mobile World Conference (MWC) 2016.
Gionee S8: Unveiled at MWC 2016, the Gionee S8 grabbed attention with its similarity to Apple iPhone 6's Force Touch technology. The pressure sensitive display and metallic design is the USP of the Gionee S8.
Cat 60: A British company Bullitt developed the Cat 60 smartphone, which is rugged and offers thermal imaging on the smartphone.
