Infinix Smart 2 launched with 18:9 FullView display

The Smart 2 features a 5.45-inch HD+ FullView LCD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 500 nits of brightness.

The Infinix Smart 2 is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739chipset clocked at 1.5GHz aided by up to 3GB RAM and up to 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB.

Infinix has launched its latest smartphone called Smart 2 in India. The device will be seen competing with Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Moto C Plus, and Samsung Galaxy On5. The Infinix Smart 2 costs Rs 5,999 for the 2GB/16GB variant and Rs 6,999 for the 3GB/32GB configuration. The smartphone will go on sale via Flipkart starting August 10.

The Smart 2 features a 5.45-inch HD+ FullView LCD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 500 nits of brightness. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739chipset clocked at 1.5GHz aided by up to 3GB RAM and up to 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with XOS 3.3.0 on top. The device draws its power from a 3050mAh battery.

There is a 13MP camera rear sensor along with a five-piece lens and a f/2.0 aperture. It also offers PDAF along with a dedicated LED flash. The handset sports an 8MP camera sensor at the front, accompanied by a f/2.0 aperture lens and dual LED flash.

On the connectivity front. the smartphone includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an ambient light sensor, accelerometer and proximity sensor. The Smart 2 is available in Bordeaux Red, City Blue, Sandstone Black, and Serene Gold colour options.
