LeEco's Le 1s sets new industry record; sells over 2 lakh handsets in 30 days
The Le1s achieved record breaking cumulative 20,28,000 registrations across its three flash sales.
Bangalore: Internet and technology giant LeEco, which entered the Indian market just over a month ago, has disrupted the smartphone market in India by selling more than 20000 Le 1s smartphones in 30 days.
The Le 1s Superphone has broken several industry records to become the most sought-after Smartphone online.
Ever since the Superphone’s market rollout, the Le1s has created several industry records. Earlier, the Le1s achieved record breaking cumulative 20,28,000 registrations across its three flash sales, a highest number in the industry ever.
The Le 1s is a distinctive combination of design, features integrated on the overlay of the Le Ecosystem. The Superphone sports a Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display covered in aviation aluminium perfected by sand blasting boosting that creates a combination of ruggedness and beauty.
This 5.5 inch multi-touch device has a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera enabling users to capture their memorable moments in unprecedented quality.

The Le1s features the revolutionary Type-C charger, which makes charging quick—just 5 minutes of charge gets you 3.5 hours of talk time. The reversible USB Type-C connector is technologically advanced than its competitors in many ways such as it has an additional sealing and PTC protection in-between wires, which is an industry first.
Buyers of the Le Superphones can expect a content ecosystem to be uploaded into its android-based EUI system in the 2nd quarter of this year since the company has already signed contracts with Eros and Yupp TV.
The company has inked a deal Eros Now for Video-on-demand (VOD) and with YuppTV for TV content streaming.
